• Support Meta Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization • Monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities • Assist with budget pacing and spend tracking • Support audience testing and campaign structure development • Coordinate creative testing initiatives • Prepare basic performance reports and updates • Collaborate with stakeholders on paid social priorities and execution • Manage and support day-to-day social media activity • Maintain and update content calendars • Schedule and publish content across social platforms • Organize and repost content from community contributors and partners • Assist with captions and social copy development • Support audience engagement and community interactions when required • Maintain organized creative assets and content libraries • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth content delivery

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Understanding of paid social campaign structure, testing, and optimization
  • Social media management experience across multiple platforms

This Investment Manager role will play a key part in scaling Kiva’s impact by sourcing, developing, and managing debt investments in high-impact social enterprises, with a focus on Latin America.
