Role Description We are currently seeking an organized and results-driven Sales Development Representative to support our outbound sales efforts and contribute directly to pipeline growth. This role is essential to driving top-of-funnel activity by identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with high-quality leads for our Sales teams. You will be responsible for executing outreach campaigns, following up with prospects, and maintaining a consistent flow of qualified meetings to keep the pipeline active and growing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of consistently booking qualified meetings through outbound prospecting, with deep expertise in LinkedIn outreach strategies and a strong understanding of SaaS B2B sales fundamentals. They thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to drive meaningful pipeline growth. Responsibilities: - Execute outbound outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling. - Make 60–70 cold calls per day to decision-makers, using the phone as a primary channel to reach prospects who are inactive or unresponsive on LinkedIn and email. - Send 50–60 personalized outreach emails per day to target prospects, maintaining consistent multi-channel coverage across the assigned accounts. - Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with ideal target prospects. - Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages tailored to buyer personas. - Manage and update lead information and outreach activities in the CRM. - Book qualified meetings and product demos for Sales teams. - Meet or exceed KPIs focused on daily cold call volume (60–70 dials per day), email volume (50–60 emails per day), and meetings booked. - Conduct account-level and industry research to support targeting efforts. - Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of prospects and active conversations. - Manage automated conversations initiated via Claude & LinkedIn. - Share progress updates regarding outreach messages. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B business development, with a focus on LinkedIn and email outreach. - Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting. - Proven comfort with high-volume cold calling (60–70 dials per day) and confident phone communication with senior decision-makers. - Proven ability to generate qualified leads and book meetings for Account Executives. - Excellent written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and personalization. - Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. - Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented. - Comfortable working with KPIs such as daily cold call volume, daily email volume, outreach volume, and meetings booked. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools or conversational AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for outreach automation. Benefits - Remote work - Full-Time Role (6 hours per day) - $300/month base pay - Performance-based commission paid in addition to the $300/month base for each qualified meeting
