Customer Care Representative
AdNet/AccountNet Inc.
• Conduct non-scripted customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. • Topics include rebate status, scheduling, submittal procedures, and program guidelines. • Perform professional outreach. • Review and assist customers with energy application inquiries and program questions. • Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 2+ years of professional work experience.
- 2+ years of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other programs within the MS Office Suite.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check with drug screening.
- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred).
- Computer skills, including accurate and efficient data entry and database navigation (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
- Ability to maintain high energy levels and a positive attitude while working with team members, customers, and program participants (preferred).
- Experience working with program participants, such as homeowners and contractors, to troubleshoot application requirements (preferred).
- Ability to identify, define, and resolve problems promptly; gather and analyze information; and develop alternative solutions (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively (preferred).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills (preferred).
- Typing speed of 45–50 words per minute preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (preferred).
- Professional interpersonal skills, including courtesy and cooperation (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work limited overtime as necessary (preferred).
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods in a distraction-free environment (preferred).
- Demonstrated pride in making a positive difference for program participants (preferred).
- Ability and desire to quickly learn about the energy business (preferred).

What you will be working on? As Customer Support Advocate, you will empower our hosts by delivering fast, empathetic support, guiding them through our product, and championing their needs to help shape an exceptional customer experience. - Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues for our customers (with the support of the engineering team and our robust tooling). - Onboard customers and answer questions on our product throughout the entire user cycle with live chat, email, and Zoom calls. - Create bug reports to escalate to engineering. - Create video and written content to educate customers (product tours, videos, documentation, FAQ) and keep it current with our constantly evolving product. - Act as a "feature champion" to educate the product & engineering teams about users' needs. - Collaborate with the team on best working practices and issue resolution, working alongside Kevin whose favorite fruit is passion fruit.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tradeify.co traders and customers, owning interactions from start to resolution through all support channels, including live chat, email, and Discord. • Accurately identify, assess, and efficiently resolve a wide range of inquiries, spanning from general account questions to more complex technical and operational issues related to trading platforms, data feeds, and execution. • Use technical ability to master trading platforms, internal tools, and proprietary systems, maintaining in-depth product knowledge through ongoing education. • Skillfully troubleshoot incoming inquiries, determining severity, and escalating to appropriate internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Technology when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution and diligent follow-up. • Make every trader interaction complete, using empathy as well as knowledge to provide white-glove care. • Actively participate in improving Tradeify.co’s trader-focused Learning Center and our internal knowledge bases to promote self-service capabilities for traders. • Contribute to team goals by focusing on customer satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance, and overall response times. • Educate both existing and potential traders in their understanding of how Tradeify.co works. • Participate in beta testing new features and contribute to the overall growth and innovation of the company through idea generation and active participation in collaborative team projects. • Monitor trading systems for common issues and proactively identify potential problems that could impact the trader experience or operational flow. • Adhere strictly to all internal guidelines, compliance procedures, and industry best practices to ensure a secure, transparent, and trustworthy trading environment. • Potentially assist with data accuracy and reconciliation tasks as needed to support robust trading operations.
