Workday Integration Practice Manager – Student & Platform

• Lead and manage an integration practice of approximately 20 integrations and reporting consultants, including onshore and offshore resources. • Own delivery quality, utilization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement for Student and Platform integrations Consultants. • Oversee architecture, design, build, test, and deployment of complex Workday integrations, ensuring best practices and scalability. • Design creative, fit-for-purpose integration solutions that address customer challenges while aligning to Workday standards. • Build and maintain reusable assets/accelerators and best practice‑ guides for Student & Platform integrations, while aligning to Workday standards and ensuring consistency across programs. • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, career planning, and skills development. • Serve as a subject-matter expert during sales pursuits, including delivering oral presentations, solution walk-throughs, and executive-level discussions. • Effectively manage and scale an offshore delivery model, optimizing cost, quality, and velocity. • Capable of acting as a Technical Manager, specializing in integration, conversion, reporting, and security for medium to large enterprise projects. • Champion company directions and initiatives, translating strategy into practice execution.
Job Requirements
- Expert-level experience with Workday Student and Workday Platform integrations.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Workday data architecture, including conversion processes, reporting capabilities, and security protocols.
- Proven success in managing a team of ~20 integration consultants.
- Strong background in integration architecture (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, middleware).
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop technical consultants of all levels.
- Experience operating within an offshore/global delivery model.
- Comfortable delivering oral presentations and leading discussions during sales pursuits.
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and executive presence.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to empathize and solve complex challenges creatively.
- Ability to influence, lead change, and champion company initiatives.
