• Systematically identify relevant third-party funding opportunities at international, supranational, multilateral, national, federal and regional level (i.e. EU, NATO, SPRIND, Horizon 2020, etc.) • Evaluate funding programs, calls, and research initiatives based on strategic fit with the product and technology roadmap, scientific depth, and long-term innovation and financial impact. • Advise senior leadership proactively on promising research areas, funding instruments, and strategic funding opportunities. • Identify, initiate, and support strategic partnerships, including the formation of national and international research and innovation consortia. • Lead or coordinate the preparation of funding applications, ensuring high-quality conceptual framing, coherent research narratives, and alignment of technical, scientific, and business objectives. • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the proposal development and submission process. • Serve as the central point of contact for funding bodies, project sponsors, and consortium partners across the full project lifecycle. • Oversee the administrative and contractual management of funded projects, from grant approval through completion, in close collaboration with finance, legal, and project teams. • Ensure compliance with funding regulations, reporting requirements, financial guidelines, and audit obligations across multiple parallel projects. • Support with the translation of funded research outcomes into strategic and operational value, supporting product development, innovation strategy, and the establishment of a sustainable research and funding framework.

• Lead and manage an integration practice of approximately 20 integrations and reporting consultants, including onshore and offshore resources. • Own delivery quality, utilization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement for Student and Platform integrations Consultants. • Oversee architecture, design, build, test, and deployment of complex Workday integrations, ensuring best practices and scalability. • Design creative, fit-for-purpose integration solutions that address customer challenges while aligning to Workday standards. • Build and maintain reusable assets/accelerators and best practice‑ guides for Student & Platform integrations, while aligning to Workday standards and ensuring consistency across programs. • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, career planning, and skills development. • Serve as a subject-matter expert during sales pursuits, including delivering oral presentations, solution walk-throughs, and executive-level discussions. • Effectively manage and scale an offshore delivery model, optimizing cost, quality, and velocity. • Capable of acting as a Technical Manager, specializing in integration, conversion, reporting, and security for medium to large enterprise projects. • Champion company directions and initiatives, translating strategy into practice execution.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants focused on onboarding, implementation, and solution delivery for mid-market to enterprise clients. • Drive accountability, execution, and a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, project delivery standards, and coaching frameworks. • Mentor consultants at all levels, from onboarding new hires to developing seasoned experts. • Create clarity in chaos: Navigate shifting priorities, complex client needs, and fast-changing project scopes with poise and urgency. • Become a product expert to effectively navigate complex customer requirements and recommend the best solutions. • Oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. • Establish and promote best practices in enterprise engagements.
