• Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as an Instructional Designer • Develop and maintain engaging and accessible K-12 course content for our online Learning Management System (LMS), Canvas, using identified curricular resources • Build and organize course modules using department templates to ensure a consistent, navigable student experience • Seamlessly integrate and configure external tools (CK-12, CommonLit, TCI) and digital content directly into Canvas • Manage high-volume tasks, including updating naming conventions, applying templates, and embedding interactives (quizzes, rubrics, discussions, including LTI resources) • Ensure all content meets WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards (Alt-text, captions) and aligns with instructional design best practices • Collaborate with the BVA team to translate instructional content into engaging, interactive digital learning experiences • Update and troubleshoot course materials as platform features and district policies evolve • Complete mandated asynchronous training; attend some synchronous meetings as required

• Delivering training sessions on systems, processes, and tools such as CargoWrite, SQL, and automation solutions. • Supporting project-based training initiatives, including system migrations and client implementations. • Simplifying complex topics and tailoring content to different audiences. • Collaborating with local trainers and acting as a bridge across cultures and languages. • Managing group dynamics effectively and ensuring participants are engaged.

Role Description We are seeking teachers who are excited to create a rigorous and nurturing classroom environment that prioritizes student learning and social-emotional development. • Manage the overall relationship and expectations of their assigned clients • Leverage relationship with existing clients to obtain additional business and references for other services by providing high client satisfaction • Oversight of project management activities for all phases of the project lifecycle, which may include planning, tracking and completion of project deliverables • Provide consultant services for clients to determine scope of training needs and provide direction in determining the best solutions based on the client's business needs • Analyze and design training and documentation solutions in the context of the appropriate job roles, responsibilities, business process and procedures for eClinical and clients • Develop training solutions using authorware tools like Captivate or Articulate • Deliver training through instructor-led, virtual classrooms, and e-learning formats • Ensure compliance with eClinical and industry quality standards, guidelines and procedures • Develop personal training expertise to support the goals of eClinical • Other duties as assigned
