Role Description We are hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Financial Systems Analyst (AR, Cash Management & I2C) to support and optimize enterprise financial systems in a fast-growing environment. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ERP initiatives. - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. - Act as the SME for Oracle Fusion Financials modules including AR, Cash Management, ChRM, AGIS, and Subledger Accounting (SLA). - Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial applications. - Lead solution design, gap analysis, testing, UAT, and production support. - Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and perform root cause analysis. - Support quarterly patches, financial close activities, SOX/ITGC compliance, and system documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP enhancements and integrations. Qualifications - 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst / ERP Analyst experience. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (Fusion preferred, EBS acceptable). - Strong experience with Oracle Financial modules and SLA configuration. - Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management. - Basic to intermediate SQL skills. - Experience supporting Finance and Accounting business processes. Requirements - Oracle EPM/Hyperion, BI Publisher, OBIEE, Snowflake, Sigma. - ERP integrations and public company experience. - Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Glean) and Oracle Fusion Agentic AI. Role Description We are looking for someone to help design and implement optimal algorithms in the cloud by leveraging features offered by existing and new Wi-Fi standards like Wi-Fi 7, culminating in an optimal Wi-Fi network performance. - Determine appropriate Wi-Fi metrics originating from both Wi-Fi clients and Wi-Fi Access Points to accurately assess and improve Quality of Experience. - Determine parameters that can be controlled on Wi-Fi clients and in the Wi-Fi infrastructure Access Points, that can improve performance of Wi-Fi links in complicated environments. - Analyze collected stats, and on the basis of observations, define architecture and algorithms for managing Wi-Fi connections. - Implement the architecture into real time and offline algorithms, including machine learning and formal optimization. - Define monitoring methods to show the quality of Wi-Fi networks and its constituents links. - Define statistics and dashboards allowing service providers to understand the status and quality of connections across their entire network. - Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy. Salary: $186,056 - $220,000 per year Qualifications - Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Requirements - Three (3) years of experience in the position offered, as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. - Experience with building IEEE 802.11 WLAN products (Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6/6E). - Experience with Wi-Fi Mesh systems. - Knowledge of measurement procedures and Wireless LAN performance parameters. - Experience working on WLAN Management layer protocols to monitor, control and maintain wireless networks at optimal performance and user experience. - Understanding of Wi-Fi MAC and Phy layer parameters that impact overall WLAN experience. - Proficiency in SQL and Python. - Experience with Cloud based distributed systems.
