Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in professional services roles within software companies, particularly SaaS, with 5+ years in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, including cloud technologies and modern application development
- Proven ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment
- Demonstrated success in managing revenue targets and driving services sales efforts
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of developing and guiding high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and expectations effectively
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel as required (at least 40% for customer engagements and business needs)
