Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of work experience in project coordination, project management, marketing operations, product marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency of Monday.com or knowledge as administrator of another project management system (Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
- Experience organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and maintaining process accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with waterfall project management theory and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- High attention to accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a team environment.
