• Ensure a project's success by specifying goals, strategy, and staffing. • Schedule project deliverables, track milestones and progress, identify required tasks and risks, develop contingency plans, and allocate available resources. • Manage client-signed contracts, all commercial agreements, and all project documentation. • Ensure the appropriate billability of project hours by allocating time and expenses to the proper charge codes. • Ensure timely submission of resource forecasts. • Build effective relationships by using highly developed soft skills. • Identifies, resolves, and documents client-side and internal issues. • Management of resources and customers across multiple international time zones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including the executive level.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple development projects
- Experience working with virtual project teams
- Strong organizational skills.
- Travel as required (up to 20%).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with AI tools preferred.

Role Description PMIII / Manager will have extensive knowledge of the EPMO function and department processes.
