Role Description PMIII / Manager will have extensive knowledge of the EPMO function and department processes. This role will partner with the VP of EPMO in developing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set/manage quality targets. PMIII / Manager will help establish data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities. This role will be responsible for reporting on the EPMO project portfolio, providing managerial oversight, guiding and directing the work, staff, and operations of this functional area. - Monitor project scope, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. - Lead and manage high visibility projects/programs with little day-to-day guidance from VP of EPMO. - Direct an assigned team of resources to fulfill approved organizational strategic projects. - Utilize appropriate project delivery methodology (i.e., standard waterfall, agile) and ensure adherence to the selected methodology. - Manage scope definition, planning, management of scope, regular status reporting, risk/mitigation, and collaboration with leaders and subject matter experts. - Ensure all project stakeholders and leaders are kept apprised of status, risks, issues, etc. - Lead project team members including subject matter experts and other resources assigned to their strategic initiatives/projects. - Provide guidance, support, and coaching to Project Managers on the team. - Indirectly supervise external resources including contract talent, programmers, and consultants. Qualifications - 5-8 years of experience in managing complex medium-large scale programs/projects involving multiple cross-functional disciplines and/or geographical regions. - Extensive experience in delivering projects through the full project life cycle. - Experience in operational efficiency initiatives. - Experience in integrated business applications solutions development, testing, and implementation. - Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality. - Comprehensive knowledge of resource management planning and execution methodologies. - Strong demonstrated knowledge of quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement models and techniques. - Strong knowledge of delivery systems and process interdependencies and connectivity of Retail channels (branches, call center, digital), Operations, Lending, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, and Training. - A thorough understanding of operations, business processes, systems development lifecycle, project/organization change management. - Strong project management skills and understanding of project planning techniques and methodologies. - Ability to produce detailed project plans, project dependencies, resource plans, and cost estimates. - Excellent communication skills, both written and orally. - Effective team building and demonstrated ability to empower, coach, and mentor. - Strong presentation, interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, time management, and organizational skills. - Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills. - Demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and develop thoughtful solutions. • Track project deliverables related to the implementation of Zoom phone per branch and updating the status of deliverables in a centralized repository • Manipulate and upload spreadsheets and submit webforms, including those used as data input for Zoom implementations; quality-assure data sets to ensure accuracy / data integrity • Participate in various project meetings with, or on behalf of, the CLIENT’S Product Delivery Manager • Actively track daily deployments; track issues and mitigations • Assess deployment process and offer suggestions for process improvement • Research any opportunities to improve the project’s Monday.com repository and where applicable, participate in the hands-on administration of the tool • Back-up / Back-fill CLIENT’S Product Delivery Manager under certain circumstances (where possible, these scenarios will be planned).

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree. - 5+ years within the Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising space. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Financial aptitude. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). - Proficient with Adobe Acrobat. - Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Workfront, or equivalent) required. - Multichannel production knowledge across print, video & digital (Websites, IVAs, Emails, social/digital marketing, media, etc.).
