Role Description We are seeking a strategic and influential leader to partner with senior Sales, Medical, and Commercial executives in driving critical business initiatives. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, helping shape business strategy, solve complex challenges, and deliver actionable insights across multiple functions within the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate cross-functional environments with confidence and executive presence. - Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Medical, and Commercial leadership teams. - Partner with executives to identify business opportunities, address challenges, and drive organizational priorities. - Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Commercial Operations, Sales, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, Market Access, and Contracting. - Develop data-driven recommendations and business insights to support strategic decision-making. - Drive sales performance optimization, forecasting, planning, and operational excellence initiatives. - Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align goals and ensure successful execution of key programs. - Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership audiences. - Navigate ambiguity and solve complex business problems in a dynamic healthcare environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 8–15+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries. - Strong experience in Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Planning, or Strategic Consulting. - Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions at multiple levels. - Experience working across commercial, medical, reimbursement, contracting, or market access functions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in healthcare consulting, pharmaceutical commercial operations, or strategic planning roles. - Exposure to payer, reimbursement, and contracting environments. - Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
