Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Spanish-English Bilingual Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to help convert inquiries into booked appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. - Answer incoming warm lead calls generated from social media advertisements. - Conduct follow-up calls, re-engage leads, and manage appointment rescheduling. - Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings efficiently. - Convert warm leads into booked consultations and appointments. - Present and upsell services using provided sales scripts and training. - Build rapport with prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service. - Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system. - Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. - Track lead status and conversion outcomes. - Ensure all leads receive prompt follow-up to maximize conversion rates. Qualifications - Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written). - Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, sales, or call center environments. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Professional and friendly phone presence. - Comfortable handling sales conversations and guiding prospects toward booking appointments. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
