Head of Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising

• Own and manage the full pipeline of CSR partnerships from identification to execution and impact assessment. • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with CSR Directors and senior stakeholders at leading corporations and NGOs. • Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-impact corporate and institutional partners aligned with organizational goals. • Design and implement joint CSR initiatives that deliver measurable social impact and brand value. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and reporting frameworks. • Monitor and report on partnership performance, impact metrics, and ROI to senior leadership. • Represent the organization at industry forums, CSR summits, and strategic networking events.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate CSR or large-scale NGO partnership management at CII, NASSCOM, Tata Foundation, Infosys Foundation, or equivalent organizations.
- Demonstrated success in managing senior-level relationships and leading complex MoU negotiations.
- Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, ESG principles, and impact measurement methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting platforms.
- Experience in drafting and managing legal and operational agreements.

Role Description As NAM, Alternative Channels / Away From Home, you will help build and execute the growth strategy for our Alternative Channels / Away From Home business, with primary responsibility for Convenience and Drug, while supporting expansion into other emerging channels such as travel and foodservice. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Club & Alternative / Away from Home Channels, you will play a key role in evolving usage and activating our channel growth plans, managing key customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand distribution, drive sales, and build long-term channel capabilities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will inherit and grow portions of an existing alternative channels business, including responsibilities transitioning into the Better for You Business Unit, while helping establish the playbook for future growth across Convenience, Drug, and other channels within the Away from Home.
