Job Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management within IT, telecom, or a similarly complex technical environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent medium to large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and governance frameworks
  • Experience in financial tracking, budgeting, and delivery performance management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and international teams
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models) is an advantage
  • Languages required: English – fluent (mandatory)
  • Spanish – fluent (mandatory)
