• Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms. • Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with company objectives. • Monitor comments, direct messages, and engagement opportunities. • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. • Support ongoing audience engagement and platform growth efforts. • Edit and repurpose existing photos, videos, project updates, and company content. • Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content. • Implement strategies that increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility. • Monitor social media performance across platforms. • Provide recurring reporting on follower growth, engagement, reach, and content performance.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
  • Experience developing content for business social media channels.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
  • Portfolio demonstrating social media growth and content creation results.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform algorithms.
  • Strong content creation and content repurposing capabilities.
