- Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on converting qualified leads into long-term partners. - Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. - Navigate complex organizations to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers. - Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. - Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline within the CRM to ensure consistent monthly and quarterly forecasting. - Collaborate with the lead generation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive with a heavy emphasis on closing new business.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
  • High level of self-motivation and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections gracefully.

  • Previous experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
