Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social

Role Description To strengthen our international team in India, we are offering a position as Performance Marketing Manager. This will be a remote job opportunity. - You are responsible for end-to-end campaign management of lower funnel performance marketing of our clients, primarily managing performance and social marketing strategies for Retail businesses. - Managing budgets and executing Paid and Social Media campaigns to meet their ROI targets. - Setting up and executing customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and retargeting online campaigns across channels like Google & Microsoft ads, Display, and Social Media (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). - Optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI through A/B tests, data analysis, identifying trends and insights. - Counseling our clients’ PPC Managers on how to grow strongly in their Paid Media channels. - Together with our Director Search Marketing, defining campaign strategies and delivering plans that exceed our client’s ROI. - Maintaining a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital strategies. - Identifying growth niches within the assigned projects and markets to ensure that performance goals are met. Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in online marketing. - Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. - Experience with Display, Programmatic, Youtube, and Paid Social channels. - Solid Excel skills and an analytical mindset paired with an affinity for numbers and innovative technologies. - Enjoy having direct contact with clients with a clear and appreciative style of communication. - Highly self-motivated and assertive personality. Total Compensation Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework.
