Procurement Operations Analyst
Agility Robotics
• Own master data governance, including supplier master, pricing updates, lead times, terms, and procurement attributes in ERP/MRP. • Maintain and improve BOM/ECO accuracy, coordinating updates with Engineering, Product Operations, and Sourcing. • Build and maintain real-time procurement dashboards and reporting, supporting KPIs such as OTD, PO accuracy, cost trends, supply risks, and supplier performance. • Develop automation and workflow improvements to streamline procurement execution and eliminate manual processes. • Serve as the Procurement BPO, designing scalable processes, enforcing workflow adherence, and driving cross-functional alignment on procurement and sourcing standards. • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain TPM to ensure procurement processes, data accuracy, and system updates support program timelines and build readiness. • Document and improve procurement processes, including approval flows, data requirements, and transactional controls. • Support procurement operations by ensuring system cleanliness, resolving data-related issues, and improving PO/invoice/receipt accuracy. • Partner with GSMs, SIEs, Buyers, Finance, Planning, and Engineering to implement system enhancements and maintain a single source of truth for procurement data. • Drive continuous improvement in procurement systems, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of EBOM/MBOM/PBOM structures, including experience creating or maintaining them.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP/PLM systems (Windchill, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and procurement master data structures.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, including pivots, lookups, data analysis, and data cleansing.
- Experience working with supplier master, item master, or procurement master data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in procurement operations, supply chain analytics, ERP data governance, or similar roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and analytics/dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in process design, workflow optimization, and automation preferred.
- Clear communicator capable of driving alignment across cross functional teams preferred.

Manager, Construction Procurement As a member of the company’s Corporate Development team, the Construction Procurement Manager is responsible for project management of all aspects of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) Equipment and corresponding supply chains pertinent to Coresite’s active construction projects. This role will manage the procurement and delivery process from start to finish. Daily tasks include writing RFP’s, negotiating deals and contracts with vendors, reviewing/managing equipment submittals, delivery tracking, building and maintaining complex project budgets, and evaluating data center equipment designs. As a regional manager, you will be required to manage numerous projects simultaneously. Regular teamwork and coordination will be required with our external supply chain partners and numerous internal teams such as Construction, Accounting, Operations, and Legal. Duties: Equipment Procurement and Management: - Autonomously drive equipment submittals from inception to completion. - Manage electrical single-line diagrams, mechanical riser diagrams, and product specifications for multiple projects. - Competitively bid and procure various types of mechanical and electrical equipment, including but not limited to Medium Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, Chillers, Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAHs), CRACs, Switchgear, PDUs, UPSs, RPP’s, Generators, and other electrical distribution gear. Vendor and Supplier Management: - Serve as the primary liaison between supply chain partners and internal stakeholders, communicating changes in product lead-times and costs. - Maintain and develop supplier relationships, negotiating the best-landed price with primary and secondary vendors as applicable. - Support the negotiation of complex requests for equipment and services from suppliers and subcontractors. Project Coordination: - Analyze project schedules to determine on-site equipment delivery dates and ensure timely delivery. - Schedule and coordinate on-site start-up and commissioning support services from vendors. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency of specifications and operational requirements. Budget and Financial Management: - Maintain complex project budgets, ensuring all purchases are appropriately costed to a project. - Support Finance and Accounting teams with invoicing issues, cash flow forecasts, and budget reconciliation. - Manage and support equipment inventory planning efforts and forecasting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with engineering and sales teams to address client requests and design changes. - Coordinate the approval and release of necessary equipment according to the construction schedule. - Drive project-level tasks and milestones assigned by the construction project management team. Negotiation and Contracts: - Write RFPs and negotiate deals and contracts with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions. - Support the negotiation of complex equipment and service requests, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints. Align sourcing strategies with corporate sustainability goals and renewable project pipeline requirements. • Manage procurement from market intelligence and RFPs through to contract negotiation, and award. • Lead supplier qualification and benchmarking for performance, cost, quality, risk, and innovation potential. • Work closely with business units to forecast sourcing needs for BESS systems and execute sourcing plans that support project delivery timelines and schedules. • Develop and apply a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework to evaluate supply opportunities, optimize levelized cost of energy (LCOE), and maximize project returns. • Lead global supplier relationships, fostering long-term strategic partnerships with battery OEMs, integrators, and technology innovators. • Act as the key interface between internal technical, engineering, project, operations, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectives. • Promote innovation and collaboration with suppliers to enhance competitiveness, quality, operations, reliability, and sustainability. • Communicate sourcing strategies, key risks, and opportunities across stakeholders and senior leadership. • Support global procurement initiatives and corporate sourcing objectives, ensuring consistency with enterprise-wide supply chain strategies. • Lead negotiation of complex commercial terms and Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), and project-specific contracts. • Collaborate closely with legal, technical, and project management teams to structure risk-balanced, bankable agreements. • Manage ongoing supplier relationships to ensure contract compliance, performance improvement, and continuous value creation. • Maintain strong understanding of battery technologies (Li-ion, LFP, flow, hybrid systems) and integration with renewable generation. • Analyze market trends, technology shifts, and supply chain dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and cost curves. • Support project feasibility and design optimization through cost modeling and technical inputs on sourcing alternatives.
