UGC Sourcing Specialist

GAIN

• Identify and source UGC creators that align with brand goals and target audiences. • Interpret briefs to cast the right talent per project, ensuring diversity, performance potential, and authenticity. • Stay up-to-date with trends in UGC, platforms, and creator communities • Build and maintain strong relationships with a pool of reliable creators. • Communicate effectively with creators regarding briefs, deliverables, and feedback. • Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams to ensure expectations are aligned.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in creator sourcing, influencer marketing, talent casting, or community management.
  • Strong understanding of UGC trends and creator economies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented—you know how to keep pipelines moving and data clean.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re just as confident DM-ing creators as managing internal updates.
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Airtable, Monday.com, and/or CRM platforms to manage workflow.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for great content and performance-driven marketing
