• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Write and refine SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions • Assist in providing input for the building and maintenance of data models and ETL processes • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and data models • Optimize report performance and usability for end users • Support data governance and best practices in reporting and analytics • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and workflows
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, data transformations) accompanied by accredited certifications
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
