Job Description

Cloud HCM Assessment Consultant – Temporary

Eurofins

• Support HCM cloud activities across the project lifecycle • Perform a holistic review of the Oracle Cloud HCM system, including Core HR, Payroll (primary focus), Benefits (primary focus), Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Security • Evaluate system configuration against Oracle leading practices and industry benchmarks • Assess payroll and benefits workflows within the HCM system by analyzing processes and known bugs, with the goal of identifying opportunities for improved accuracy, compliance, and efficiency • Conduct detailed assessments of Payroll configuration, processing, and controls, earnings, deductions, tax setup, and compliance

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Experience supporting HCM or HR-related projects with strong hands-on expertise in Payroll and Benefits
  • Proven experience conducting system assessments, audits, or health checks
  • Experience with full HCM lifecycle implementations and/or post-go-live optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
