Laravel, React Native Developer - Mid-level

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native (primary focus – approximately 80% of responsibilities); • Work on backend development with Laravel (PHP), supporting integrations and business logic (approximately 20%); • Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications and the backend; • Implement integrations with external systems and services; • Participate in defining architecture, best practices, and code reviews with the team; • Version code using Git; • Work with Docker to configure and standardize environments; • Identify and fix bugs, ensuring quality of deliverables; • Contribute to continuous improvements in performance, usability, and processes.
Job Requirements
- Experience with React Native (primary stack for the position);
- Knowledge of Laravel (PHP) for backend development;
- Experience consuming and building REST APIs;
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar);
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub;
- Basic knowledge of Docker;
- Strong programming logic and code organization skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively.

• Act as the technical lead of a squad in a fintech; • Define solution architecture for the credit engine project; • Lead new platform implementations; • Develop backend solutions with high quality and scalability; • Provide technical leadership within an agile framework, promoting best practices; • Drive resolution of complex problems, including researching solutions and conducting technical validations with the team; • Develop Proofs of Concept (PoC) to validate software architectures; • Implement microservices and full components, including instrumentation and deployment to cloud environments (AWS); • Promote the use of AI tools to accelerate deliveries and increase team productivity.
