• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere to discuss Aetna’s Medicare plans. • Clearly explain Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes, ensuring clients feel informed and confident in their choices. • Take the time to understand each client’s unique needs and adapt your approach to provide tailored solutions. • Foster trust and rapport with clients through your outgoing personality and cooperative attitude. • Keep track of leads and follow up promptly, ensuring no opportunity is missed while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on Medicare products, services, and industry trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and multiple CRM software systems.
- Self-motivated with a powerful desire to succeed and achieve high performance.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on client needs and feedback.
- Valid Resident State Health Insurance (Required)
