Role Description This is a remote position. The Manager is a strategic role responsible for designing, scaling, and leading Bhumi's college club ecosystem nationally, while also managing a national student innovation and entrepreneurship programme with a structured competition cycle, and institutional stakeholder management. Working closely with the Volunteer Manager and cross-functional teams, the Manager will set the vision for club growth, oversee programme quality, and build a culture of civic leadership — driving systemic change in how student volunteerism and entrepreneurship are activated across India. Role and Responsibilities - Lead the overall strategy, growth, and strengthening of the Bhumi College Clubs ecosystem and a national student innovation and entrepreneurship programme across India. - Own end-to-end programme delivery — from flagship campaigns, recognition, and retention initiatives to competition cycles, judging logistics, participant communications, and post-event documentation. - Build and manage high-performing teams and communities by mentoring College Club Leads, coordinators, and student project teams, fostering an impact-oriented culture of civic leadership and entrepreneurship. - Drive partnerships and institutional presence with colleges, faculty advisors, and key stakeholders to expand reach, engagement, and long-term programme sustainability. - Ensure quality, consistency, and impact across all club and programme initiatives — tracking and reporting on volunteer engagement, club health, and project-level social impact data to inform decisions and demonstrate outcomes. Qualifications - Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline - Good to have: MBA/ relevant Fellowship Requirements - 3–5 years in program management, volunteer engagement, or social sector leadership, with demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder environments (corporate partners, academic institutions, and student teams). - Members of Bhumi, Enactus, Rotaract or similar college clubs preferred. - Exposure to competition-based or cohort-based programmes is an advantage. - Prior people management experience is essential. Knowledge & Skill sets required - Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into executable plans. - Exceptional communication skills in English — verbal, written, and presentation. - Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and developing talent. - High emotional intelligence — empathy, active listening, and people engagement. - Strong data orientation: comfort with reporting, dashboards, and insight generation. - Proficiency in AI tools and MS Office suite. - Highly resourceful, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset. - Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally. Lead – Bhumi Clubs will drive volunteer and internship management end-to-end, ensuring strong engagement, smooth program operations, and effective monitoring and reporting. Success in this role looks like a highly engaged volunteer base, efficient processes, and data-driven improvements that strengthen program impact, while contributing to Bhumi’s vision of building youth leadership through volunteering. Bhumi aims to educate 1 lakh children and youth by 2035 through a volunteer-driven movement, where nurtured beneficiaries become future leaders, educators, and change-makers — creating a snowball effect of nurturing talent for an educated India. Responsibilities - Drive volunteer activation, mobilisation, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives across Bhumi programs and campaigns. - Manage internship opportunities end-to-end, including college partnerships, outreach, onboarding, engagement, and tracking. - Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships with colleges, institutions, and partners to expand volunteering and internship opportunities. - Foster strong volunteer communities by embedding Bhumi values and ensuring meaningful volunteer experiences and sustained engagement. - Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and ensure smooth execution of volunteer and internship processes. - Develop and maintain volunteer databases, track key metrics, and generate insights to improve volunteer engagement and program effectiveness. Qualifications - Educational Degree: Any Graduate - Relevant Experience: 2–3 years experience in program operations, volunteer engagement and outreach.
