• Provide critical technical support to our core engineering efforts. • Execute the assembly and fabrication of sophisticated hardware prototypes at the PCB level. • Troubleshoot and remediate complex technical malfunctions within various hardware prototype iterations. • Iterate on and refine pre-production units to optimize overall system performance. • Utilize additive manufacturing technologies to realize mechanical concepts while driving engineering improvements and managing technical escalations. • Manage the deployment of firmware updates and software release cycles across operational systems within the Flock ecosystem. • Serve as the vital conduit for communication back to our internal R&D departments, pinpointing tangible enhancements for mechanical, hardware and software systems. • Develop and curate comprehensive technical SOPs and diagnostic documentation to fortify and expand our operational support infrastructure during rapid organizational scaling. • Engage in the direct 'bring-up' and rigorous QA assessment of novel engineering systems to ensure long-term reliability.

• Own the Interventions technical roadmap, driving the strategy for improved clinical data accuracy and the effective closure of clinical care gaps. • Lead the diagnostic precision strategy by optimizing assessment surfacing, implementing member-specific modeling, and advancing the extraction of high-quality evidence from clinical data sources. • Oversee the scaling of Interventions systems to accommodate a rapidly growing member base, including the core data infrastructure overhaul and ensuring ML pipeline stability through decoupling and improved QA environments. • Manage cross-functional partnerships with Clinical Operations, Product, and cross-functional teams’ leadership to ensure technical investments remove clinical bottlenecks and improve plan performance. • Drive the adoption of an AI-powered Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), leveraging AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment processes while maintaining stringent code quality and security standards.

• Lead and scale a geographically distributed team of Supplier Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Quality Engineers, and Component Engineers across the United States, Malaysia, and Vietnam. • Serve as the primary Operations Engineering interface in Hsinchu, Taiwan for all NPI programs. • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless product introduction and ramp. • Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) initiatives. • Own end-to-end supplier quality management. • Establish and enforce robust component engineering practices. • Oversee manufacturing quality performance across APAC DFM sites. • Act as the primary liaison between Hsinchu-based Engineering and NPI teams and contract manufacturers/suppliers. • Define and execute the APAC Operations Engineering strategy in alignment with global organizational objectives.
