Outbound Cold Calling Specialist

Amz-AllStars

Role Description As a Real Estate Business Development Representative at AMZ AllStars, you will be the frontline driver of our expansion into the real estate vertical. You will: - Prospect real estate businesses and agencies with active hiring needs. - Reach out through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. - Book qualified discovery calls directly with our CEO. This role requires strong cold calling instincts, professional written communication, and the ability to quickly qualify whether a prospect is a fit for AMZ AllStars' staffing services. You will report directly to the CEO and work alongside the AMZ AllStars internal team. Key Responsibilities - Prospecting & Lead Generation: - Identify real estate businesses, brokerages, and agencies in the U.S. that are actively hiring or scaling their back-office and virtual teams. - Research target decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Realtor.com, Zillow, and other prospecting tools. - Build and maintain a clean, organized pipeline of qualified leads with accurate contact information and outreach history. - Outbound Outreach: - Execute daily multi-channel outreach: cold calling (primary), cold email, and LinkedIn messaging. - Conduct 50 to 80 outbound calls per day and send 40 to 60 emails per day to qualified prospects. - Follow up persistently and professionally using a structured sequence until a decision is reached. - Do not leave voicemails by default; use missed calls strategically to generate callbacks. - Qualification & Discovery Call Booking: - Qualify prospects using open-ended questions to uncover their hiring needs and pain points. - Book qualified discovery calls directly on the CEO's calendar for prospects who meet the criteria. - Send reminder follow-ups before each booked call to minimize no-shows. - CRM & Reporting: - Log all outreach activity, call notes, and pipeline updates in the shared CRM system daily. - Report weekly on call volume, reply rate, meetings booked, and pipeline health. - Flag patterns: industries responding well, objections encountered most, and messaging that is generating traction. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or business development. - Demonstrated experience doing high-volume outbound calling (50+ calls per day) with documented results. - Strong written English skills. - Comfortable with rejection and persistent. - Self-directed and organized. - Experience using CRM tools and dialers. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience working with U.S.-based real estate clients. - Familiarity with real estate industry terminology. - Experience working at or prospecting on behalf of a staffing agency or recruitment firm. - Track record of building a client pipeline from cold. What You'll Bring to the Team - Hunter mentality — you find the lead, make the call, and book the meeting without being asked twice. - Speed as a value — you treat every reply from a prospect as a hot lead. - Pipeline discipline — your CRM is clean, and your follow-up sequences never lapse. - Coachable and collaborative — you share what is working and adapt based on feedback. Schedule & Location Setup - Location: Fully Remote — Philippines-based - Hours: Flexible
