• Own product roadmap and backlog for a core area of the Verifiable platform, and contribute meaningfully across our product surfaces. • Partner with engineering and design to identify opportunities, define solutions, and ship iterative improvements with speed and quality. • Work across complex, interconnected systems to ensure a cohesive product experience. Verifiable spans across APIs, AI agents, and multiple front-end experiences, and you'll need to think across those boundaries. • Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Support to understand how customers actually use the product, reinforce intended workflows, and identify where the product should adapt. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to identify new opportunities for product growth and product market fit. • Engage directly with customers and users to validate opportunities, understand pain points, and inform prioritization. • Bring practical AI product development knowledge to the team. Help us get better at building with and for AI, whether that's improving how we prototype, how we evaluate agent behavior, or how we think about new integration and distribution patterns. • Stay current on developments in AI tooling, health tech, and platform ecosystems, and apply those learnings to product strategy and execution.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Direct experience building or shipping AI-powered products, AI integrations, or products involving agent/automation frameworks.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and complex system dependencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Practical proficiency using AI tools to improve your own PM workflows and output quality, including successful use of rapid prototyping to accelerate planning and design iteration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer empathy and a demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
- Agile, adaptable, and effective in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

The Role FusionRM is seeking an execution-oriented, commercially minded Principal Product Manager to define and drive the evolution and market leadership of the Fusion platform. This is an individual contributor role for a strategic, hands-on product leader who will own key product areas end-to-end, from discovery and definition through delivery and market impact.
