Job Requirements
- 1+ year of call center experience supporting a healthcare account
- Familiarity with healthcare programs and applications
- 1+ year or more post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- Must already reside in Canada
