HOA and Tax Coordinator

Radian

Role Description Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and processing HOA/Tax payments. These duties include accurate identification of tax authority and/or association requirements which include but are not limited to due dates, delinquency date, total amount due, and FC sale dates. - Monitoring and payment processing for property taxes on both a client and asset level - Monitoring and payment processing for condo and/or homeowner associations on both a client and asset level - Strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines - Perform other duties as assigned or apparent Qualifications - Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED - Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience - Requires 1-3 years payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate - High School Diploma required, some college preferred - Knowledge of payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Association helpful but not required - Real Estate/Mortgage servicing experience helpful but not required - Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - High ethical standards - Motivated, positive, team player - Strong organization skills - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills - Ability to problem solve with little supervision, in a growing, expanding business Benefits - Competitive Compensation: anticipated hourly rate from $17.40 to $24.86 based on skills and experience; eligible to participate in an annual incentive program - Rest and Relaxation: eligible for 20 days of paid time off annually, prorated in the year of hire; eligible for 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays - Parental leave offered for all new parents - Comprehensive Health Benefits: multiple medical plan choices, including HSA and FSA options, dental, vision, and basic life insurance - Prepare for your Future: 401(k) with a top of market company match, immediately vested; opportunity to participate in Radian’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - Homebuyer Perks: program helps employees navigate home searching, buying, selling, and refinancing processes - Additional Benefits: visit our Benefits Page for more information
