Role Description - Lead and support client software implementations. - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines. - Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation. - Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction. Qualifications - Minimum 3-5 years of experience within one of the following Manufacturing ERP Software: - Acumatica (preferred) - Microsoft Dynamics - Epicor - Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual - Manufacturing Industry experience preferred. - Demonstrated accounting/financial skill. - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred. Requirements - Work from home. - Mid-west preferred with travel up to 20-30%. - Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000.
