• Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously • Engage resources from multiple functional areas • Ensure clear understanding of project objectives among team members and stakeholders • Identify tasks, manage progress to plan, escalate issues and communicate regularly to stakeholders • Manage issues, risks and project change requests for successful on-time project delivery • Collaborate effectively with others in various work settings • Create and monitor atmosphere of teamwork, collaboration and empowerment for each project • Extensive interaction with customers across numerous business departments, as well as vendors and contractors • Implement project management practices for assigned areas and projects • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience required
  • At least 10 years of IT, Insurance and/or project management experience
  • Project Management professional certification desirable, but not required
  • Prior management, supervisory or team leader experience helpful

Role Description This position involves working three 12-hour overnight shifts per week (9:00 PM to 9:00 AM EST). Over a six-week period, you would work six weekend shifts total, which averages to about one weekend shift per week, though the exact schedule may vary. Additionally, there is a rotating holiday commitment, alternating between summer and winter holidays. Your North Star: Provide and facilitate amazing patient-centered clinical care to our patients.
