Role Description - Ensure the team delivers sound strategic media recommendations based on a clear understanding of brand objectives. - Lead the team and day-to-day client interaction and build, maintain, and grow client relationships and client business. - Apply their experience to elevate strategic thinking across the portfolio and set appropriate learning agenda elements. - Write and deliver strategies and POV’s as well as oversee the translation of these strategies into the final audience recommendations/plans. - Analyze client’s audience strategies and work with internal groups to lead business case development. - Facilitate team building through collaboration, open communication, and focused project management to assure that assignments are executed in a timely manner. - Provide vision, direction, management and support to individuals within the team to ensure their work aligns with our mission and goals. - Demonstrate a deep technical understanding as well as problem solving and intervention when necessary. Qualifications - 7-10+ years of multi-channel media experience; digital and traditional. - 5+ years of management experience. - Experience working on a large enterprise client team. - Ability to strategically plan campaigns from audience determination, ability to best flight and execute campaigns to align with client's strategic goals and KPIs. - Strong understanding of analytics to inform and validate planning and strategy. - History of identifying media opportunities, presenting them to clients, and executing. - Experience monitoring and recommending improvements to the entire media planning process. - Ensuring people are adopting the best in class tools, techniques, systems to deliver effective media processes. - Excellent communication (written and verbal along with visual storytelling), diplomacy, and relationship building and decision making skills with the ability to think creatively. Role Description - Design strategies for leveraging paid media on social networks including but not limited to Meta, X, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok and Pinterest to deliver against brand objectives. - Develop action plans for achieving and measuring social media success, including setting key metrics, measurement and optimization strategies. - Oversee campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting, including facilitation of in-platform campaign builds/setup, while serving as a final quality assurance check across all platform campaign builds. - Advocate the value of social media and help educate clients, partners, and internal teams on the latest developments and capabilities in this quickly evolving media channel. - Apply social media knowledge and creativity to brainstorming and strategy sessions. - Lead regular check-ins on campaign performance and track against KPIs. - Provide direction as needed for improving campaign performance through optimization and/or implementing new features and strategies. - Create and deliver presentations to both clients and internal teams showcasing campaign strategy and performance results. - Develop points of view on new technologies, trends, and opportunities in the social media marketplace. - Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups.
