• Performs financial and operating audits of Greystar managed assets to ensure compliance with financial and operating policies, governance, and internal controls, and to identify and address incidents of fraud or misconduct. • Prepares documentation of and communicates audit findings to real estate leaders and recommends actions to correct issues and mitigate risk. • Conducts investigations into possible or suspected fraud or non-compliance and works with appropriate business leaders to implement appropriate resolutions. • Plans and conducts internal financial and operating audits of Greystar managed communities to ensure compliance with governance and internal controls and completes detailed analysis and reports that communicate audit findings and recommendations for correcting and addressing identified concerns and issues. • Provides input into developing the internal audit processes and procedures documentation, and other tools and practices to ensure objective and thorough audits and investigations, and reviews audit results to identify and propose improvements to the process, tools, practices, and documentation. • Conducts investigations as assigned into alleged non-compliance, misconduct, and fraud situations, documents and communicates findings and recommendations for correcting and addressing non-compliance, and follows up to ensure appropriate actions were implemented. • Conducts management training and education on fraud detection, prevention, and risk mitigations, and acts as a point of contact and consultant to real estate leadership to achieve full compliance with operating and financial policies and procedures. • Accesses and monitors the technologies, systems, and other vehicles established and used by team members for reporting incidents of possible fraud and misconduct, conducts investigations as appropriate and coordinates with appropriate business leaders to develop and implement actions to address and correct non-compliance. • Generates and analyzes audit reports and findings to identify opportunities for improving financial practices and reduce risk, and works with real estate and other business leaders to implement strategies and programs that improve operating results.

• Organizing, maintaining and overseeing the Trial Master File (TMF) according to company policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, regulatory requirements, TMF Functional Lead and PM delegation • Notify study team that TMF is created and ready for document upload for eTMF or submission to pTMF • Develop TMF Plan • Provide training on study specific TMF requirements, guidelines including TMF Plan • Perform QC2 on documents and documents reconciliation • Provide TMF Monthly Reports to PM, Line manager and Head of TMF Delivery • Regularly check TMF metrics, follow up on detected issues, ensure acceptable level of metrics • Ensure TMF processes timely implementation and execution • Adjusting study specific TMF Index/EDL in the relevant files/ system as directed by the PM (Project Manager) • Ensure valid forms and templates are implemented and maintained in the assigned projects • Check status of duplicates, documents in error, size and path length (if applicable), follow up on necessary corrections accordingly • Coordinate Monthly and Quarterly TMF Reconciliation by creating Action Plan and submitting relevant report on the status • Ensure TMF AoR completion and monitoring TMF transfer/shipment to the Sponsor • Ensure delivery of fully executed TMF AoR to TMF Functional lead • Actively follow up that the study team is submitting documentation, EDL maintenance for eTMF in cooperation with study team, following the process described in The TMF Plan and that the TMF is always submission and inspection ready

• Support live odds management during events under supervision. • Monitor live matches and assist with market updates, suspensions, and reopenings. • Ensure data accuracy across live markets and flag anomalies quickly. • Assist with price comparison vs competitors and highlight mispricing risks. • Support execution of event templates (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3). • Learn sport-specific live trading behaviors and pricing dynamics. • Assist with tracking liability and exposure during live events. • Escalate technical, feed, or pricing issues to senior traders or LBOD.
