Role Description Im Rahmen der konzernweiten Einführung, Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors (alle Module) bauen wir unsere interne HR-IT-Expertise gezielt aus. Als (Senior) Application Consultant HR Systems übernimmst du eine zentrale Verantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und internationale Rollouts unserer HR-Applikationen, z.B. SmartRecruiters. Du agierst als fachliche:r Ansprechpartner:in für HR im Business und in der IT selbst, übersetzt Prozesse in Systemlösungen und stellst sicher, dass HR-Systeme insb. SAP SuccessFactors konzernweit stabil, standardisiert und zukunftsfähig eingesetzt werden. Die Reisetätigkeit ist dabei bewusst klar begrenzt und dient ausschließlich projektbezogenen Abstimmungen und Rollouts. Deine Aufgaben - Einführung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der SAP SuccessFactors Suite (u.a. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning) - Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche zu HR-Prozessen, Applikationen und Optimierungspotenzialen - Konzeption, Implementierung und Customizing von HR-Applikationen - Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Implementierungspartner - Release-, Test- und Qualitätsmanagement - Analyse und Behebung von Incidents (1st–3rd-Level-Support) - Integration von SAP SuccessFactors in die bestehende Systemlandschaft (z.B. SAP CPI / SAP BTP) sowie weiterer HR Tools z.B.
