Role Description As HR Officer INT, you are the primary operational HR point of contact for all employees and local HR contacts in subsidiaries outside Switzerland (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, approximately 80 employees). You independently manage the full administrative HR lifecycle for the international perimeter, in coordination with local service providers and with a functional link to the Group HR Business Partner for cross-cutting topics and complex situations. This role exclusively covers non-Swiss entities. Any HR matter related to the Swiss HQ falls under the HR Officer CH. The HR Officer INT is the primary operational point of contact for subsidiaries and escalates to the Group HR BP any situation beyond the administrative scope. - Personnel Administration - subsidiaries - Manage the full employee lifecycle for subsidiary staff: hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, departure and offboarding - Establish and maintain employee records (contracts, amendments, work certificates, attestations) for all INT entities - Coordinate with local subsidiary contacts for all HR admin operations (new contracts, amendments, departures) - Monitor and manage absences, sick leave, accidents, maternity/paternity leave for the INT perimeter - Payroll & Local Partners - Collect, prepare and verify monthly payroll data for all subsidiaries - Act as the primary contact with outsourced payroll providers in relevant countries - Verify payslip consistency and compliance before validation - Ensure follow-up on local social obligations in coordination with providers and local authorities - Group Policy Application - Verify and ensure the operational application of group HR policies in each subsidiary's local context - Act as first-level point of reference for subsidiary employees and managers on group HR policies and tools - Support subsidiary employees in using HR tools (HRIS Eurécia); ensure data maintenance and continuous improvement within the system - Report to the Group HR BP any local adaptation issue requiring a policy revision or strategic decision - INT Recruitment - Manage the full recruitment process for subsidiary positions: drafting and posting job ads, CV screening, pre-screening, conducting HR interviews - Coordinate all process stages with local managers and prepare local employment documentation - For management-level roles, submit a shortlist to the Group HR BP who will conduct the final interview - Day-to-day HR Support & Escalation - Respond to operational HR queries from subsidiary employees and managers (first level of response) - Escalate to the Group HR BP any complex, sensitive or strategically/legally significant situations - HR Projects - Handle the logistics and administrative follow-up of the annual appraisal process for the INT perimeter - Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and processes Qualifications - HR Certificate/Patent or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources - 2 to 3 years of HR management experience, ideally in an international or multi-country context - Experience in payroll management and working with external service providers - Excellent command of French (written and spoken) and good level of English (working language for the INT perimeter) - Ability to work autonomously across a multi-country perimeter with varied stakeholders - Excellent organizational skills, rigor and attention to detail - Comfortable with HRIS tools (experience with EURECIA is a plus) - Strong interpersonal and listening skills - High level of discretion and confidentiality Benefits - Full-time and permanent job based in Europe in remote - Starting date: as soon as possible

This position is based in Deer Park, TX or can be remote; candidates must reside within reasonable proximity of a major commercial airport to support travel requirements. Role Description The Associate Director, Union Relations serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, the People Team, Legal, and operational stakeholders on labor relations, workforce strategy, and represented employee matters across assigned business segments. This role leads the development and execution of labor strategies that align workforce priorities with business objectives, mitigate operational risk and support long-term organizational effectiveness. This position is responsible for anticipating emerging labor relations needs, diagnosing complex challenges, and developing innovative, practical solutions that balance contractual obligations, business priorities, employee experience, and legal requirements.
