Process Automation Analyst II

GFT Technologies

• Develop, implement and maintain automation solutions using RPA platforms. • Analyze requirements and map processes together with business areas. • Perform corrective, evolutionary and sustainment maintenance of automations in production environments. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, handbooks, test scripts and change logs. • Create and execute functional and technical test scenarios, ensuring delivery quality. • Monitor robot execution, identify failures and handle incident resolution. • Apply development best practices, versioning, code review and RPA governance. • Integrate automations with APIs, databases and corporate applications. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement of automated processes.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and supporting RPA solutions.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or Blue Prism.
  • Experience with integration via REST APIs, JSON and SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python and Java.
  • Experience with version control and DevOps tools such as Git, GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation and executing quality assurance (QA) tests.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting production environments.
  • Certifications in Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath or Power Platform (preferred).
  • Experience in Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SAP, Office 365, VBA and VBScript (preferred).
  • Experience in the financial, insurance, legal and healthcare sectors (preferred).
  • Knowledge of low-code tools such as Power Apps and OutSystems (preferred).
  • Intermediate English for reading and interpreting technical documentation (preferred).
