Role Description The Senior Inpatient Audit & Billing Compliance Specialist will work on the Inpatient Coding Team while providing training, auditing, and review processes for Inpatient Coding functions. The services could be part of a regular audit schedule or could be ad hoc audits based on whether there is an inpatient coder in training. This position will be the inpatient coding educator and will track all new coding regulations and prepare in-services for inpatient coders at a minimum, quarterly. This position will need to possess highly qualified DRG knowledge and have training qualifications.
