Role Description As a member of our team, you will: - Analyze and break down software requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases. - Write test cases in Jira and conduct testing. - Test the product and drive resolution of defects. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts (as needed) using industry-standard automation tools, such as Selenium, to ensure efficient and accurate testing. - Build a risk-based test plan focusing on business-critical flows, edge cases, and negative scenarios. - Execute automated test scripts and report any defects or issues found during testing. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related subject or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of functional testing experience. - 5+ years of experience with SQL querying. - 3+ years of proven experience in automation testing, with a strong understanding of test methodologies and best practices. - 2+ years of experience in QA Testing with IBM Transformation Extender (WTX) maps, including designing, developing, executing test cases, and maintaining map solutions to ensure data accuracy and compliance. - 2+ years of experience in testing with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) / IBM Workload Scheduler, including validating job scheduling processes, monitoring batch jobs, and troubleshooting scheduling issues to ensure reliable and efficient workload automation. - 2+ years of experience in testing for batch processing and UNIX/Linux environments, including validating job scheduling, file handling, scripting and troubleshooting in production environments to ensure process integrity and operation efficiency. - 2+ years of experience with Azure. - 2+ years of experience in extracting and managing test data based on project requirements, performing definitive testing and writing appropriate test cases. - 2+ years of experience in REST API Testing using Postman. Requirements - 3+ years of experience working within the healthcare payments domain, including claims payment and remittance processing. - 3+ years of experience in using automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks. - 2+ years of experience with payment industry standards, protocols, and security best practices, including data protection and compliance requirements. - Experience collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to support deployments, resolve deployment related issues, and ensure adherence to release governance processes. - 835 file expertise/knowledge, test file creation, payment processing.
