Role Description Eaton’s North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Business Development Manager - Energy Transition- Fleet to join its team. This position is eligible for a remote work setup within the U.S. This exciting opportunity provides the chance to lead customer engagement and drive demand for energy transition solutions within the fleet sector while working cross-functionally to deliver complex infrastructure opportunities. It offers exposure to executive-level customer relationships and strategic growth initiatives. The Fleet Business Development Manager is the primary commercial interface with targeted end customers to drive demand. This role is responsible for developing and managing executive relationships across the Fleet vertical, where utilizing partnerships will enhance Energy infrastructure revenues directly or indirectly in alignment with growth programs and market strategies. This role requires a solution selling approach and problem-solving acumen.
