• Recommend the right implementation approach and ongoing services for HubSpot's complex upmarket customers • Diagnose customer need based on business objectives and technical requirements • Create customized implementation plans and recommend services based on customers' unique needs • Work directly with the customer or partner to define resource needs • Establish clear milestones, project plans, and timelines for execution • Present plans to the customer's Executive team • Influence customer purchase decisions by driving urgency and certainty in recommended solutions • Contribute to the growth of the enterprise practice by enhancing alignment between Sales and Services teams • Build relationships with accredited Solutions Partners • Provide advice and recommendations for HubSpot best practices, business process, deployment planning, and change management
