• Work as a member of the Finance Team in a cutting-edge cloud environment that will power our company’s growth. • Lead and manage the annual budget and monthly forecast process, including detailed revenue and expense, ARR, billings, and cash flow. • Perform monthly financial and operational variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management. • Serve as a key partner to Executive Leadership to assist in developing a shared understanding of financial and operational performance relative to company strategy and goals. • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. • Prepare presentations for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors. • Plan, facilitate, and implement ad hoc analysis or financial models to support decision-making. • Develop a strong understanding of the global business and markets in which we participate. • Act as team lead and mentor 1 or more team individuals on an ongoing basis.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus a minimum of 2 years of pre- or post- Master’s experience in a finance role supporting operating executives at a companywide level.
- Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in a finance role supporting operating executives at a companywide level.
- Experience with financial planning frameworks and processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a proven ability to communicate with and provide meaningful value to all levels of management.
- A proven ability to learn new analytical tools and skill sets.
- Solid accounting capabilities: able to understand how business decisions will impact P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Proven track record of teaching and mentoring analysts.
