Full TimeRemoteTeam 51-200

Role Description You'll lead a team of three specialists — a Video Content Manager, a Brand Designer, and a Written Content Manager — sitting within the Marketing department and reporting directly to the CRO. You'll work in close partnership with the Head of GTM, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success, operating at the heart of a cross-functional organization where brand and revenue are expected to move together. This role has a clear commercial mandate: build a recognizable brand, grow an engaged ICP audience across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Podcast, and make that audience a measurable contributor to revenue. You'll own the editorial strategy end-to-end — defining the point of view, holding the voice, and ensuring everything that ships under the Agorapulse name looks and reads like one company. At the same time, you'll be the primary interface between Brand and GTM, ensuring demand gen gets what it needs to execute without compromising editorial coherence. What you'll do: - Define and defend a documented editorial strategy — themes, angles, point of view — executed consistently across channels, and activate a roster of internal and external voices (executives, customer advocates, partners) so the brand is carried by a system, not a single person. - Own audience growth as a business outcome: set targets across owned and ecosystem accounts, translate engagement metrics into pipeline language, and co-build the attribution narrative with GTM and RevOps. - Lead and develop a team of three specialists, maintaining clear expectations, explicit priorities, and a culture of high standards and shared accountability. - Run the Brand ↔ GTM interface — producing landing pages, ad creative, nurture sequences, and sales-enablement assets that execute GTM briefs without diluting the brand voice, with weekly rituals to keep both sides aligned and unblocked. Qualifications - Proven experience in a 360 Content position, in a B2B environment, with a track record of building audience as a measurable business asset. - Able to develop and defend an editorial strategy with data and reasoning — holding the line on voice while staying a genuine partner to GTM and leadership. - Experienced managing content and creative specialists, with a coaching mindset and the ability to make firm decisions when needed. - Fluent in both editorial and commercial language: you can talk ICP reach and signal quality in the same breath as brand voice and content formats. - Fluent in English, French is a plus. - Comfortable with AI writing and production tools, CMS, social media management platforms, and analytics tools. Content Marketer

Pogo Technologies

Priorities may shift quickly. Oftentimes, we're tackling very ambiguous problems that don't have clear-cut answers. At times, you'll need to build things in a day: we live and breathe a value called "Calculated Speed". We don't have structured management (yet!). We expect more than 9 to 5 - raw hours make an impact at our current stage. We trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. We also strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.

Role Description As the first Content Marketer at Pogo, you'll lead our B2B content function and own the voice of our enterprise business across every public-facing channel. You'll have a rare advantage: proprietary first-party data to draw from, and the freedom to figure out which channels matter and how to win them. - Lead Pogo's B2B content function - you decide what gets written and where it shows up - Turn Pogo's proprietary data into compelling long-form content - reports, studies, and deep dives - Produce excellent copy across formats: long-form articles, webinars, outbound email, paid ads, billboards, organic social - Own content strategy - decide which channels we invest in and why - Develop a deep understanding of our buyers and write to them - Use language to capture attention, create virality, and drive conversion Qualifications - Likely 3–6 years of B2B SaaS content experience at a tech company with a strong content program - Ability to produce excellent copy across lengths and formats - Strong skills in using language to drive outcomes - capture attention, create virality, and convert - Ability to dig into data and find the story in it - Strong POV on how to run a content function - Experience working at a fast-growing startup with real ownership - Active use of AI tools in workflows Requirements - Bonus: Turning data into compelling macro consumer stories (leans on journalism) - Track record of writing publicly on social and growing an audience Benefits - Own the voice of a fast-growing B2B business - Work with uniquely rich proprietary data - Have real creative and strategic ownership - Experiment across formats and distribution - Help shape the content culture early Why you might not be excited about us - This is not a pure brand or editorial role; we care deeply about outcomes - There’s very little existing structure; you'll be building systems and workflows from scratch - We move quickly and iterate constantly - You’ll need to balance strategy with execution - We expect more than 9 to 5; we trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule
