• Searching for passive candidates using various sources, including LinkedIn, Google search, ATS, and other tools; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation; • Perform active search for specified vacancies; • Work with various sources, choose the optimal tools and platforms to search for candidates; • Perform initial communication and building trust with candidates; • Evaluate candidates’ СVs; • Work in close collaboration within the Recruitment Team; • Work with the ATS (correct and timely filing, updating data, extension etc.); • Market research and analysis (of salaries, technologies, main competitors etc.), prepare various reports.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing candidates, either in an agency or in-house;
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
- Good understanding of IT Market and technical positions;
- Experience in both outstaffing and outsourcing models;
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency at a Strong Intermediate level or above;
- Result orientation and desire to learn;
- Strong self-motivation and self-learning skills, desire to grow and take on leadership;
- Ability to prioritize, analyze and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
