Art Director, (Content Producer)

Maker Lab

Role Description We’re excited to be supporting our client, a leading technology company. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial producer who can take ownership of our visual storytelling. You are a self-starter with strong creative acumen who thrives on speed and impact. You will lead the creation of high-speed social content, repurposing major campaigns into engaging, platform-native formats. This role requires you to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST. - Partner with creatives to brainstorm and drive dynamic campaign ideation, developing innovative communication strategies. - Bring campaign concepts to life with clear, compelling visuals and creatives that ensure alignment with brand design and visual identity, while pushing creative boundaries. - Collaborate with marketing and other teams to shape and maintain brand visual identity, ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints. - Develop and execute campaign ideation for projects in accordance with marketing plans. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements. - Execute internally led projects, including the development of key visuals, mastheads, artwork, and video supers, adapting them for various mediums. - Execute creative for digital and offline mediums, including swag. - Assist with quality control of partner brand work to ensure adherence to visual identity guidelines. - Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, gathering feedback from cross-functional teams. - Design and maintain master motion and static templates that allow local markets to produce their own on-brand content independently. - Ideate and execute ideas from conception to completion in a fast-paced work environment. Qualifications - At least 3+ years of experience in developing and executing impactful visual campaigns, ideally within a hyper-growth environment. - A sharp-eyed, detail-oriented portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling visuals and integrate them with clear, engaging visuals. - A keen understanding of brand visual identity and the ability to maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries, acting as a true brand ambassador. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, bringing fresh and innovative ideas. - Experience in both digital and offline creative execution across multiple touchpoints. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively.
