Skills and attributes for success: - The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing processing workflows ( in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services). - Performs and oversees financial / procurements services. - The Project Manager will have frequent contact with the Government Case Managers, and other DOJ agency staff - Ensure processes and procedures are followed. - Overseeing a small team of financial analysts - Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time. - Trains staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases. Qualifications: - At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems. - Must have proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys. - Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time‐critical support activities simultaneously. - Requires expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills. - Requires knowledge of the Government's data processing environment in which the work is to be performed, including office automation networks, PC‐based databases and other applications, and internet and server‐based databases and other applications. - Must be a US Citizen - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance. - Must have an undergraduate degree - Law Degree desirable. Role Description The Project Manager reports to the Divisional Director, Project Management, located in Mansfield, MA. This is a Full-Time Remote position. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of equipment package installations for new store projects of a national chain. This role entails planning, coordinating, and supervising the procurement, shipment, and installation of equipment packages. You will serve as the primary liaison between the General Contractor, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Project Management: - Plan, monitor, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of equipment package installations from procurement to completion. - Manage the opening equipment package process, including procurement, consolidation, shipments, and installations, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Collaboration and Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Design, Sales Operations, Distribution) to align on customer needs and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. - Review bid and contract documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements and design intent. - Communication and Reporting: - Participate in weekly meetings to provide project updates and address specific questions, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. - Review manufacturers' quotes and approve shop drawings to ensure compliance with design requirements. - Customer Service and Relationship Management: - Ensure jobs are delivered and installed on time while maximizing profitability whenever possible. - Foster positive relationships with external/internal customers, vendors, and stakeholders through professional conduct and exceptional customer service. - Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: - Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes. - Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of quality and accuracy in project management activities. Role Description Lead warehouse site selection end to end: evaluate commercial storage real estate, qualify sites against operational requirements, and own the full buildout from racking and power to access control and layout design. - Establish warehousing infrastructure standards for new Fluidstack facilities, covering surveillance, access management, security protocols, and compliance requirements that will hold across every future location. - Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation across carriers, freight brokers, and 3PL partners in support of site launches and ongoing project-based needs. - Define and build KPI frameworks for warehousing, transportation, and asset management, then own the reporting infrastructure that keeps those metrics current and actionable. - Partner with internal stakeholders to scope and plan new or expanded storage footprints ahead of business need, and manage cross-functional logistics projects as the build pipeline grows. Qualifications - You've stood up warehouse operations from scratch, including site selection, layout design, equipment procurement, and security implementation, without a playbook handed to you. - You've evaluated commercial storage real estate and made site qualification calls that held up once the facility was live. - You've built KPI and reporting frameworks for logistics functions from zero, and the people using them still run on them. - You quarterback across carriers, brokers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders simultaneously and nothing falls through the gap between workstreams. - You manage multiple active projects across locations as a solo operator and your stakeholders never wonder where things stand.
