Senior Workday Reporting Analyst

Unity

• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and architect high-impact AI and automation use cases across Workday that streamline processes, improve employee experiences, and eliminate repetitive manual work • Support and optimize HR business processes through thoughtful system configuration, automation, and continuous improvement • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate new capabilities into actionable business opportunities (e.g. Claude Cowork, Moveworks, Frontier AI) • Drive operational efficiency through automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven decision-making using Workday reporting and analytics tools including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics • Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics to support strategic HR decision-making • Provide guidance and technical expertise on Workday capabilities, reporting, analytics, and solution architecture

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, with deep expertise in hands-on Workday configuration and solution architecture
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or enabling AI initiatives within Workday or enterprise HR systems
  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools including Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across HR and technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 – $135,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
