Role Description Als Senior IT-Projekt Manager Infrastruktur (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Zielerreichung von Projekten in einem innovativen Umfeld. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen: - Projektsteuerung & Zielerreichung: - Sicherstellung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen der zu verantwortenden Projekte (Setup bis Abschluss). - Erstellung von Projektplänen und kontinuierliche Projektdarstellung. - Einhaltung spezifischer Vorgaben der BWI im Rahmen der Umsetzung. - Operatives Aufgabenmanagement: - Selbstständige Erarbeitung und Koordination von Arbeitspaketen. - Koordination von Aufwandsschätzungen und Leistungsbeschreibungen. - Erstellung von Datenanalysen und Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen. - Kommunikation & Stakeholder-Management: - Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Betrieb, Lieferanten und Fieldservice. - Aktive Steuerung der Erwartungen und Beziehungen. - Planung und Durchführung interner sowie externer Workshops. - Risiko- & Änderungsmanagement: - Identifikation und Koordination von Projektabhängigkeiten. - Monitoring von Risiken und Steuerung von Änderungen (Change Management). - Controlling & Qualitätsmanagement: - Überwachung der Projektkosten und Budgeteinhaltung. - Durchführung von Lessons Learned und kontinuierliche Arbeits-/Prozessverbesserung. - Ressource Management. Qualifications - Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Bachelor in einem IT-Studiengang oder alternativ eine anerkannte kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine Berufsausbildung in einem IT-Ausbildungsberuf und zusätzlich 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung. - Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagementstandards (Zertifizierung: IPMA D oder Vergleichbares). - ITIL-Kenntnisse / Kenntnisse im Service Management (ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung - ITIL V4 Edition People Cert oder ITIL V3 Edition People Cert oder nachweisliche praktische Erfahrung). - Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten (mindestens 6 Jahre). - Berufserfahrung in IT-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Infrastruktur, Kommunikationstechnik und Migration von IT-Systemen (mindestens 6 Jahre). - Erfahrung als Projektmitarbeiter in IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf Rechenzentren(-infrastruktur) (mind. 4 Jahre). - Praktische Erfahrung als Projektleiter in IT-Projekten im Umgang mit klassischen und hybriden oder agilen Projektmanagementmethoden (mindestens 6 Jahre). - Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen sowie zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung SÜ2. - Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in einschlägigen Tools wie MS-Office, JIRA, MS-Project. - Verhandlungssichere muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Level) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind.
