• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned customer projects. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and customer expectations. • Act as a key project interface towards customers and internal stakeholders. • Coordinate project delivery across engineering, software, procurement, services, commercial and other relevant functions. • Establish and maintain clear project governance, reporting and decision-making structures. • Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions where needed. • Identify risks early and ensure active risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage contractual and commercial interfaces, including scope changes and variation orders. • Support margin protection and improvement through disciplined project control. • Support the tendering process and ensure realistic project execution input where relevant. • Ensure compliance with applicable GE Vernova processes, project governance requirements and regulatory expectations. • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across the project organisation.

• Manage project execution from tender to end of warranty including FAT, delivery & commissioning. • Follow project management best practices, including specific focus on transfer review, project gates reviews and project close-out. • Contribute to unit’s operational performance by providing accurate forecasts on financial KPIs: Sales, Cash & Contribution Margin. • Be the prime customer contact for contract execution. • Ensure commitments to customer are met in accordance with contract with clear feedback through consistent customer interaction. • Execute Projects in collaboration with engineering, logistics, sourcing, procurement and finance functions. • Monthly update on actions plan progress & sales/cash forecasts. • Preparation and presentation of project reviews. • Maintain comprehensive documents & records of projects executed. • Manage resource planning and workload of the team to ensure 90% and above billable ratio. • Contribute to Operation department development & Unit continuous improvement. • Lead EHS/Safety actions and performance: be fully compliant with GE rules and processes. • Support Commercial teams by sharing ROEs leading to optimized project costs and delivery. • Implement Contract management/change strategy to project GEV interest. • Contribute to organization growth by leading with Commercial support Variation Orders.

• Coordinate and schedule engineering resources for ad hoc and longer-term project needs. • Support project planning by helping define scope, resource needs, timelines, and team responsibilities. • Maintain up-to-date project documentation including budgets, timelines, reports, and communications. • Assist in estimating timelines, resource requirements, and costs using established best practices. • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, subcontractors, and clients. • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. • Track progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders. • Facilitate project meetings, documentation reviews, and change management processes. • Ensure compliance with project standards and monitor quality throughout the project lifecycle. • Stay current on relevant technologies, tools, and industry trends. • Contribute to client presentations and assist with solution positioning when needed.
