• You lead cross-functional projects and ensure structured planning, clear milestones, and professional risk and decision management. • You take ownership of strategic and operational projects on behalf of the Chief of Staff and drive them to successful completion. • You research, analyze and prepare complex topics as well-founded decision papers for the Chief of Staff and the CEO. • You support collaboration at the C-level, identifying risks, bottlenecks and dependencies at an early stage. • You prepare briefings, presentations and management materials for the CEO, Chief of Staff and the Executive Management Team. • You coordinate stakeholders across different parts of the organization and ensure transparency and accountability in collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in strategy, project management, management consulting or a comparable analytical or operational role.
- Experience independently managing cross-functional projects, including planning, risk management and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in structured research and the preparation of complex issues.
- The ability to explain complex matters clearly, align differing interests and communicate persuasively.
- A proactive, self-driven working style and enjoyment of a dynamic environment.
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
