Role Description The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is searching for experienced and dedicated tutors to provide comprehensive test prep for the SAT and ACT to students in grades 9-12. Our ideal candidates are passionate educators who are eager to foster academic success in students preparing for college entrance exams. - Deliver engaging, individualized instruction and test preparation for SAT or ACT students. - Develop customized lesson plans and practice tests tailored to each student’s needs. - Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. - Utilize effective teaching methods to build students' confidence and skills in test-taking strategies. - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all client interactions. Qualifications - Proven success with high scores on either/both SAT or/and ACT. - A minimum of 3 years of experience tutoring or teaching one of these tests in a paid capacity. - Strong understanding of SAT and ACT formats, content, and test-taking strategies. - Earned Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for education and commitment to student achievement. - Flexible availability to meet the needs of students. Requirements - 5-20 hours per week of availability. Role Description The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is searching for a Senior SAT or ACT Tutor for online assignments with one of our awesome chapters! - Position: SAT & ACT Full Test Tutor - Location: Remote online tutoring - Materials: Yes - Job Classification: Contract - Time Zone: n/a company is on US EST We are a boutique SAT & ACT prep company looking to hire accomplished SAT or/and ACT Full Test Tutors for online assignments with students in grades 9-12. Summary of the Position: - The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of the tests and how to teach key concepts and skills to students. - Tutoring can take place at any time of day, so the work hours are flexible (most tutoring will be in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends). • Design, develop, and deliver engaging eLearning courses, training materials, and digital learning resources • Develop interactive training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) • Create instructional videos, tutorials, and screen recordings using Camtasia • Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into clear and effective training content • Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training sessions when required • Monitor learner progress and analyze training effectiveness using LMS analytics • Update and maintain existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance • Ensure eLearning content follows instructional design best practices and adult learning principles • Provide technical support and guidance to learners regarding training platforms and tools
